In January 2025,
Paul Medford, Group Company Secretary, Aspire Housing, said: “Aspire have worked with Biscon for over 15 years. During this time Biscon have helped us to review, refine and enhance our approach to business continuity in the round. Their professional acumen coupled with a friendly and engaging style of working is a credit to them. We have conducted multiple tests of our plan, across a range of different scenarios. This has helped to develop both an understanding of the issues to be addressed in each scenario, and the muscle memory to deal with them. When incidents have arisen, as they do at any organisation, we have been grateful for the knowledge gained during our work with Biscon. This is the ultimate test as to the value of the support they have provided.”

Supporting us and bringing to life our Business Continuity Plan provides myself and the Board with great assurance that should we ever need to invoke the plan, we are all as prepared and equipped as we can be. Steve Lambert brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and worked with us in a practical and realistic way, so that it never felt like it was disproportionate or over the top to our business. I also know that Steve is on hand at any time if I need him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. .”
