Mick is the Managing Director of Biscon. Twenty years ago Mick started Biscon Planning Ltd, a successful consultancy specialising in continuity management. A graduate of the University of Durham, he is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI). He has been innovative in developing financial and operational risk models for clients to enable them to understand their exposure to risk in changing economic, social and political times.
Steve is our Consulting Director. Since joining Biscon, he has assisted the organisation to expand their services across a broader spectrum of businesses, including the Local Authority and Housing sectors. He is also a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI).
Martin has an impressive 30-year career in policing, rising to the rank of Chief Superintendent, and his experience working with the FCO, Martin brings valuable expertise in Risk and Incident Management, with a focus on the human aspect.
Ian is a highly accomplished business continuity, crisis management, risk management and security professional with significant UK and international exposure spanning Banking, Financial Services, Corporate, Local Authorities, Aviation, Security, NHS, Catering and Telecoms. He has held senior resilience and security roles in major corporations. Ian was previously a senior police officer and is an award winning subject matter expert in Counter Terrorism planning.
